Shipping

Orders are delivered to your home between 2 and 10 working days after the order is placed. 

Being handmade products, if we do not have stock, we proceed to its manufacture, so it can take between 1 to 5 working days to make the pieces.

If the order does not arrive within the first 15 days from the date of purchase, you must send us an email to iXXXX and we will contact you to solve the incident.

For sales outside the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla there may be customs duties arising from the importation of products to the country or region of destination. These costs are borne by the consumer.

Rates

These are the rates related to the shipping costs of the orders. They vary according to the weight of the selected products.
